We were so excited to have Bens parents come to town for the weekend. Alivia rarely gets to see them, but always remembers that Grandma is the one who likes to paint her toes. Once in a while she will ask to go see Grandma so she can paint her fingers and toes, and I have to remind her that Grandma lives in Idaho and that that's a little to far to get a pedicure. We love having them down and were so happy the weather was perfect. Its got to be nice to get out of the snow. 
John (Bens dad) had a conference in Phoenix he had to speak at so that, and their new granddaughter Mia, brought them down to see us. One of Grandma's favorite things in the world is to rock her grand babies to sleep. We caught Colleen and Mia taking naps together all weekend. Mia Colleen is named after Bens mother. It was sweet to see them cuddle.

Sounds like lots of fun--it's always great to have fam come and visit! Hey--we need to plan a vacation together--wouldn't that be fun?

I'd forgotten that Mia's middle name was Colleen! That's so sweet.
I hear we won't be seeing you guys this summer :( That's sad. Maybe we'll have to make a Phoenix trip in the fall when the weather gets bad here.
